Yes, we have a license from Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia to operate, our license number is JTKSM 555.
Local Recruitment
1. Does the agency conduct screening/interviews before providing candidates to clients? Yes, we conduct an initial screening and interview process to ensure that candidates meet the required job criteria.
2. Who is responsible for paying the employee’s salary – the agency or the employer?
The employer, as the employee is hired under a direct hire arrangement.
3. How long does it take to hire a worker?
Once the client’s requisition is confirmed with complete documents, recruitment will begin based on candidate availability.
4.Can we request workers with specific skills?
Yes, you can specify the required skills, and we will source the most suitable candidates.
5. What documents are required from the employer?
✅ Company profile (SSM, business license, or relevant documents)
✅ Job request form (including number of workers, position details, salary, and benefits)
✅ Offer letter/employment contract
✅ Additional documents(e.g., Perkeso, Socso, copy of IC, etc).
You need to provide:
- Company registration documents (SSM)
- Business license
- Tax documents (Form E/CP204)
- Worker accommodation certificate (in accordance with AKTA 446 standard)
- Other relevant supporting documents (as appropriate)
